Product Q&A
Q
Are the l, w, and h measurements given for the top of the tray or the bottom of the tray? I'd like to use it for pots that are 5 inches diameter, but they won't fit if the bottom width is less than 5.25 inches.
A
The dimensions listed are for the top of the Narrow Garden Tray.
Q
What are these made of and are they BPA free? What is recycle #?
A
The Narrow Garden Tray without Holes is BPA free, made from recycled polypropylene, and has a recycling code of 5.
Q
How wide is this at the base? I am trying to figure out how wide a windowsill needs to be for it not to protrude at the base.
A
The Narrow Garden Tray without holes internal bottom dimensions are 13.125"L x 3.875"W while the outer bottom dimensions 13.375"L x 4.125"W.
Q
Will this product easily hold inserts?
A
The Narrow Garden Tray without holes can be used with certain insert packs, depending on the inserts that you plan on using.
Q
Are these as sturdy as the 1020 trays?
A
The Narrow Garden Tray without holes would be considered somewhat sturdier and more rigid than our 1020 Trays.
Q
How many of your 4" x 4" round peat pots will fit in these narrow trays?
A
The Narrow Garden Tray without holes will hold three of the 4" x 4" Round Jiffy Peat Pots.

Great for holding anything really can handle heavy duty objects even, such as small shovels or knives without a problem.

I really like these little guys. They are very convenient when you just a few 3 inch pots to water and you can get them in spaces in between other plant etc.
