TULIP MANOR
is Loose Feathers Pattern #7.  It was published in 2004  and after searching the internet I have confirmed it is currently out of print.
There is something so appealing about this primitive design, it's two story red brick colonial house with several windows and pair of chimneys.The various motifs are fresh and lyrical, providing a balance for the simple upper case alphabet. Each motif comes together in a lovely unconventional sampler.
I am aware of one booklet for sale, .99 plus to ship.
I often want to change something in a design but this one was no exception. The BONUS FABRIC is 28 count Cashel Linen, the color "Cream." (As is often true the color in the photo isn't exact.)
