This lot is for an Italian coin featuring King Victor Emmanuel III on one side and a wheat chaff on the other side. This is a
1925
dated coin,
5 Centisimi
value. I am not sure if this is bronze or copper.
There is a green patina on the coin. Just an historical note - I found this
coin in 1960 buried in the dirt in a park by the famous beaches of Viareggio
(a city in Northern Italy, along the Italian Riviera). That may account for the green patina on the coin. Not that it adds value - just an interesting provenance for this coin. No chemicals have been put on the coin to remove the patina.
