This is a high quality, precise, flexible Executive Stainless Steel pocket scale or machinist rule
.
Model 45F.  One side has both a 6 inch scale and a 150 mm scale - the etched increments are 1/16ths, 1/32ths, and 1 mm.
The opposite depth gauge side contains metric equivalents between inches and millimeters by increments of 1/64”.
