    Hello, you are bidding on a hard-to-find exercise/rehab fitness bar called a
    Centri-Force Core Pro X
    ...a 36" long PVC padded bar with weighted steel balls inside...it weighs approx. 5.5 pounds.  This is the "Short" model with level 3 resistance.  To see it in action there are Centri-Force YouTube tutorial videos showing how it works...check them out!  It is made for core and spine rehabilitation.  This item is in very good used condition - clean with only light wear from use (see photos).  Ready for exercise...add it to your workout tools!
