Description

Braided climbing rope for general fitness, gym class, crossfit, etc.  Unlike most ropes sold for this purpose, this is braided similar to a military "fast rope" rather than a cheap twisted rope.  Therefore it will not induce a spin while climbing.  This is particularly important in pole vault training.  Also unlike some other cheaper ropes, this is not a manila or other rough textured rope that is incredibly rough on your hands, but is a polyester rope that is incredibly strong (each of the 8 strands is rated at over 7000 pounds), and will last well, even in wet or damp conditions.  Of course we recommend that you dry the rope as soon as possible if it gets wet.  This rope comes with a fall-rated D-ring with an opening over 2" on one end and wrapped and fused on the other end .  The pictured rope will not match what you buy - the colors will be different, usually an off-white.  Contact the seller for more options.
