This is in Good condition, with normal to moderate handling wear.
Does have typical creases, edge wear and corner wear.
Has tear along bottom of spine from bottom edge up to the lower spine staple.
Also sustained water damage at the lower left corner (if looking at front cover),
and the interior pages are stained in that area, about the size/shape of half
a silver dollar.  For the most part, does not intrude on patterns.
Also, prior owner's name written on both front & rear covers.
(For reference, Best to Worst = Near Zero, Light, Normal, Moderate, Heavy)
No tears, no water damage, no missing pages, no odors.
