    Description

    This is a ten foot long piece of 2" diameter manila rope, good for training grip and pull muscles.  The 2" rope is thicker than the usual 1.5" diameter rope, making it an extra challenge to climb.  For hanging this rope, I recommend using a prusik loop in a sufficiently strong cord
    The rope ends are whipped so they do not fray.
