    Returns Policy

    Exchanges or refunds will be processed once the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected, depending on the item we are selling a detailed report including pictures will be created before shipping.

    If an item does not function properly or is different as described, please contact us, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item is not available, we will refund your total payment.

    Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipments refusals.

    If a return happen because the carrier made the maximum attempts and not did succeed, the fee charged to us will be deducted from the processed refund after we receive the package.
